Open Repositories 2021

The 16th International Conference on Open Repositories will provide a platform to explore the ways in which repositories enable openness for all.

‘Open for All’ is the theme of the 16th International Conference on Open Repositories (OR2021), which will provide a platform to explore and reflect on the ways in which repositories enable openness for all.

Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open Access Programme Manager, is one of the programme co-chairs, with Liz Krznarich, DataCite, and Leila Sterman, Montana State University.

Registration is free, the conference will take place across multiple time-zones, and the organizers are inviting contributions to the programme. The deadline for contributions, in the form of proposals, is 25 January. Proposals may focus on the overall theme, ‘Open for All’, or sub-themes on the organizational or practical / technical topics related to digital repositories. There is a wide range of formats for proposals, including presentations, panels, posters, workshops and tutorials.
